How can I add new organization members
On the Organization page, at the top right-hand part of the page click on the Add Member button. Enter the email address of the member you would like and the access level they will be assigned and then click add.

Can I download a copy of my demands list
Yes, you can! You can download a copy of your demands by clicking on 'Export to Excel' on the Demands AI dashboard to download your purchase history in Excel format (.xslx).

Yes, you can! you can download a copy of your invoice by clicking on 'Billing' on the sidebar to visit the Billing page. Select the purchase item and click on View PDF and select Download Invoice.

Yes, you can! On the Demands AI dashboard, select the demand you want to export. You can also find the demand using the search bar above.

On the Practice AI dashboard, click 'Account' on the sidebar to visit the Account page. Under the Profile Picture section, click on 'Upload Photo'.

How can I view a case summary
On the AI Case Summary dashboard, select the document you want to view. You can also find the document by entering the client's name in the search bar above. Then, click on 'View Summary'.

On the Demands AI dashboard, select the demand you want to view. You can also find the demand by using the search bar above. There, you can view the details of your demand, including its status and timeline!

How many organizations can I join
You can only join one organization at a time. To join a new organization, click 'Account' on the sidebar to visit the Account page and click Leave Organization.

Log in using the email and password you used to sign up. On the Practice AI modules page, click on 'Go to Portal' under Demands AI.

How to customize my demand template
On the Demands AI dashboard, click on 'Template Editor'. There you can customize your demand template. You can customize your document's font, and header, as well as organize the sections of the demand.

How to generate a case summary
In the AI Case Summary dashboard, click on 'Generate New Summary'. Enter your client's name and upload your documents. For now, you can upload up to three documents for summarization.
