Overview
The CASEpeer integration is specifically optimized for high-volume Personal Injury practices. By linking your accounts, Practice AI can access the "Medical Treatment," "Insurance," and "Discovery" tabs within CASEpeer to generate attorney-ready demand letters and medical chronologies in minutes.

Once you select your Demand Letter type, click next:

Setup Steps
-
Generate Your API Key: Log in to CASEpeer. Go to Settings > Firm Management > Integrations. Look for the Practice AI (or "API") card and click Activate.
-
Note: You must be a Firm Administrator in CASEpeer to perform this step.
-
-
Connect in Practice AI: Open your Practice AI dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations, and select CASEpeer.
-
Authentication: Paste the API Key provided by CASEpeer into the Practice AI field and click Secure Sync.
-
Confirm Connection: Once the status shows "Active," your matters will begin to index, allowing you to search your CASEpeer database from within the AI tools.

How to Use It
-
One-Click Imports: When you start a new Case Summary, select "Import from CASEpeer." You can pull files directly from the Documents Tab or the Medical Treatment Tab of any active case.
-
Smart Data Mapping: Practice AI doesn't just pull files; it reads your CASEpeer "Case Notes" and "Injury Checklist" to ensure the demand letter includes specific details like the "Statute of Limitations" or "Policy Limits" without you re-typing them.
-
Closing the Loop: Once your AI draft is finalized, use the "Send to CASEpeer" button. This automatically saves the PDF/Word document into the correct Case File and creates a Case Note stating that a demand was generated.
