Help CenterGetting started with Law Practice AI begins with a subscription. Once subscribed, you can activate modules based on your plan. Each active module appears directly on your dashboard.
This ensures you only see and pay for what your firm actually uses.
Where Subscription Happens
Subscriptions are managed from the Billing or Subscription section. Only Admin users can access this area.
Here, you can review your plan, billing cycle, and available modules. Any changes take effect immediately or at the next billing period.
How to Add or Enable a Module
After selecting a plan, modules can be enabled individually. Available modules are listed in the module catalog. Admins can turn modules on with a single click.
- Once enabled, the module becomes active for permitted users.
What an “Active” Module Looks Like
An active module is visible on the main dashboard. It appears as a clickable tile with the module name. Users with permission can access it instantly. Inactive modules remain hidden from the dashboard.
Confirmation and Receipts
After completing a subscription or adding a module, a confirmation is shown. This may include a success message or receipt. Admins can also view billing history in the subscription area.
- Email receipts may be sent automatically.
What Happens After Cancellation
When a subscription or module is canceled, access changes.
- The module is removed from the dashboard.
- Existing data is usually retained for a limited period.
- Users can no longer generate new outputs from that module.
- Access may be restored if the subscription is reactivated.
Troubleshooting: Module Not Visible
If a module does not appear, check the following:

Confirm the subscription is active

Check user role and permissions

Refresh the dashboard or log in again

Confirm you are in the correct organization
