Unable to Login On My PC while others can - Part 2

After running the command below in your MAC terminal, the network connection and the secure handshake between your office network were successful:

1. The Web Server Test: curl -I https://app.lawpractice.ai

2. The Login Booth Test: nc -zv auth0.com 443

However, your PC still had connection issues in secure areas of the site. After additional inspection, we were able to pinpoint that you may be running an old version of your operating system - exp: version of  macOS 11 (Big Sur).

This system is outdated. Updating your version will resolve this issue and ensure your machine has the latest security certificates and web-standard libraries required for our 2026 authentication protocols.
